This error is observed if there is an Adblock plugin/extension installed on the viewer's browsers. Hence please ensure the viewer tries to play the videos without these installed in their desktop browsers. If the error is still observed without any Adblock plugin/extensions installed then the viewer can try playback in other browsers than the current one. (e.g. Firefox if the error is in Chrome)

This error message is observed when you are trying to use player V2 and the custom player theme configured in the player settings is either deleted from the dashboard or is incorrectly typed.

The error is most probably due to the wrong offline OTP configuration. The OTP for offline playback is differently generated than online OTP and it has other parameters like validity, please read this document on offline OTP generation - https://www.vdocipher.com/docs/server/playbackauth/offline/

The error "authentication token missing" means that either the value of otp or playbackInfo parameter is null or empty string. Check the value of the variables that are passed after those variables are obtained from the server.
